Propellers

Propeller manufacturing is a core capability at DH Porter & Company. We produce a wide range of fixed 2, 3 and 4-blade propellers for yachts, powerboats, and commercial vessels.

Propellers are cast in:

• Manganese Bronze
• Nickel-Aluminium-Bronze (NiBrAl)
• Aluminium

Each unit is ground, balanced, bored, and fitted to the shaft for a precise, vibration-free installation.

All propeller repairs and alterations are carried out in-house using licensed Prop Scan diagnostic equipment, including the latest E4 software for accurate inspection and optimisation.
